WHAT is this?

IT'S A BUBBY. He rat. He small. He loves you! Say hi to the baby Bubby or else.

Who is this mysterious tiny man?

His name is Decibel, or Deci, or Bubby. Or sometimes even Decibub. Or when he's curled up, I dare say Deci-ball. He's the friendliest little cotton rat I've ever met, rescued from a cat when he was just 5.4 grams. Now he's a big boy weighing in at 72 grams at around 2 months. He knows how to spin and give paw, but none of that is important. What is important is that he'll fall asleep on your hand if you pet his cheek for 0.3 seconds because as a wild rat, he's still amazed at how nice human fingers are for giving tiny scratches behind his big ol ears. He's very curious, but not about you, or your friend, or my friend, or anyone other than his weird hairless giant mom that hand fed him since day one and warmed him with her body heat. Oh well, it's okay to be a little shy, Bubs :)

He's very proud of himself for getting big and strong. He gets so excited to get on the scale and get hyped up and told that he's a big boy that I have to hold him back while it calibrates to 0.

Why am I making this post? Because everyone has to see my boy. That's all. He's too cute to not be perceived by everyone I can possibly show him to.

hey deci!! where do you live? what sort of things do you like to do?

Oh! Well goodness, hello there. I live with Sephtis and help process the incoming souls, actually. Hard for Death to work alone after all, and all that time on my own with nothing to do but watch from the outside wasn't doing me any good, haha. (They sigh.) I don't have much spare time, but I do enjoy knitting and spending time with Sephtis. Sometimes they'll take me to Outertale to look at the stars... It's a lovely place.

Bubbyposting because I'm sad-

Deci is trying to heal my heart problems but idk, even the power of a tiny wild rat's love doesn't appear to be fixing me T^T first time for everything I suppose

IMPORTANT DECI UPDATE:

I got a barn for THREE dollars at Goodwill for Deci and I will be modifying it for him soon, along with a new big boy cage!!! He will be so happy. Maybe I'll post the Deci-fying process if anyone wants to see but I'll DEFINITELY show everyone him exploring it for the first time when it's done ^•^
