But honestly the idea of doing this for every single line of dialogue on the game (thousands...) fills me with a kind of horrifying dread.

I'm going to have to have a long hard think about the sheer workload of that vs the benefits.

(I think if I had always known I was going to add voice acting to the game, I would have decided to just have static portraits!)

I’m debating between writing an urban fantasy vs a high fantasy wlw story today 🤔

I have this high fantasy story called “The Dark Library” where this girl descends below this huge ancient library to this underground forbidden library to learn the secrets of necromancy. There’s a librarian there that she starts to form a bond with, even though the woman herself cannot leave the place.

Then there’s an urban fantasy story called “An Urban Gardeners Key to Hatching Enchanted Eggs” about a lady who finds a mysterious shiny egg in a drain and her land lady who keeps getting complaints about her room thereafter. Together, they accidentally hatch a dragon together (or maybe unicorn?) and have to figure out what to do with it.
