Ohmygosh my package from @static-chaos came in! Not only did I get handwritten washing instructions for each bag, but I got a handwritten thank-you that was so sweet I literally teared up. 

These bags are so beautifully crafted! I’m no novice with a sewing machine, but holy crap can this woman hide a zipper! Each bag is lined as well, keeping cards protected from seam damage.

The leaf print bag is now cuddling my Tarot of the Mystical Cats deck. As soon as I saw it, I knew it’d be perfect. 

The lovely (unicorn?) (goat?) (faun?) mystical creature bag is now home to my After Tarot. I wasn’t sure if the deck and bag would be a good fit, until I unzipped it and was confronted with the gorgeous green lining, which set off the deck backs perfectly!

I know I’ve gone far over my exclamation point allowance for this post, but seriously. Go order a bag. Your decks will thank you. Her quality is A+, especially for her price!

This weekend is definitely a Crowned Crow work weekend! I'm headed to the craft store to scope some new fabrics and also get some special touches for a couple limited edition Wallets that I'll be making with the fabrics I get from @firesidetextiles ! I wanted to ask the community what type of prints you like for your deck bags? Florals? Geometrical? Abstract? Prints with metallic coloring? Let me know so I can make Deck Wallets that fit into your aesthetic! Definitely message me with visual descriptors, too, if you'd like!

I think I’m going to try the zipper foot next and sewing curved edges on my next bag.  But that’ll have to wait until I can get more fabric and a zipper.
