Still trying to flesh out Deck of Phoenix's creatures and magic system. Here's a glass sea dragon! (which is actually a redesign of a subnautica oc species I made in high school) Dragons are one of the many Centauroid families that evolved from Hallucigenia. They mainly sport 6-8 limbs and are heavily tied to their sigils. (think pokemon types.) They adapt much slower to their environments than other Centauroids, causing them to be much more territorial. Hoard keeping is more common among land dwelling species, but not unheard of in sea dwelling ones.

Size : 11.6 meters Diet : Meat Habitat : Deep Sea Magic (Sigils) : Liquid + Movement Glass Dragons are large, water dwelling dragons. They're characterized by their translucent flesh and blood, and a clear layer of skin on the underside of their bodies. They pose low threat to people.

FINALLY settled on a design for this silly guy.

Meet Vox! A otherworldly being shoved into a physical body with two other entities (Ichigo and prot0) Some lore about it under the cut!

What is Vox?

Vox is a Keystone, basically an entity that controls gateways. Think, when a game throws a door at you that you can only open at a certain level. Or when a character needs to know a specific spell to open a gate. It would be the power keeping the door shut.

Keystones are generally on the plane of ghosts, unable to interact with the physical world except through very specific means. (in this case a door, gate, or path) Vox however, no longer resides where he should be.

What is it like?

Vox appears as a shadow attached to Ichigo's back. It can only pry itself off walls and floors in dire situations, though it can manifest itself on people. The only part of it that's a different texture to what it resides on is its mask, teeth, and eyes.

It can manifest eyes and mouths over where its shadow is, and can eat and store food and objects respectfully, acting as a pocket dimension. Though, if you ask him to hold something for you it might be covered in spit when you get it back. o_O

How did it come to be?

Strawberry is a chimera of entities, containing Ichigo (An alien), prot0 (A human child), and Vox (A keystone). Strawberry was created by the US military to be an "efficient foot soldier" (aka an immortal killing machine). Though, it rebelled the first chance it got.

Vox acts as both the voice of reason, and a force of chaos in Strawberry. It consists of two spirits who were bound at 'birth', Viscera and Void. Each spirit has it's own characteristics, Viscera being sharp, angled, chaotic, and having scarlet eyes. Whereas Void is rounded, soft, level headed and has violet eyes. The two often fight for control over their form, though when they work in harmony they're a force to be reckoned with.

Bonus tid-bit, Strawberry is an allegory for an autistic, schizophrenic system. :3c aka what i am if you didnt know! teehee!

He's a cranky old man focused on taking care of his library. He reluctantly joins the party and becomes a caring mentor to the group.
