If Diamonds and Clubs hadn't surrendered, who would have won the war?
Hearts and Spades simply because Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs were putting everything into the war while Spades was giving 50% at most. Hearts managing to get as far as they have with only 50% of Spades aid so if Spades put their whole Spadussy into it the outcome would have been pretty similar but got to it faster.
Also the fae don’t like people fucking with their boarders. They enjoy an entertaining war if it means their status quo ain’t broken
