Etymology

From English, "(to) decline", modified to "Decli-", meaning "to refuse" + "-gender", and English neologistic suffix indicating genderedness. Decligender is similar to, but different from, Apothigender. Both experience involve repulsion in regards to gender (RIN, Ringender), but in distinct ways.
Apothigender involves a sense of repulsion of having a gender applied to oneself. For the apothigender individual, the repulsion is directed at gender in relation purely to oneself. An Apothigender individual does not have a gender, does not want one and finds the thought of it repulsive.
Decligender involves a sense of repulsion directed at the concept of gender as a whole. A decligender individual may lead an existence in which they act unaffected by participation in the construct of gender. A Decligender individual does not have a gender, does not want one, finds the thought repulsive and is repulsed by the concept all-together.
Decligender encompasses and surpasses Apothigender. Decligender is an outherine, atrinary gender. It may also be considered diastine.

The flag consists of eight horizontal stripes, with the top stripe being much thicker than the rest. At the center of the top stripe is a black, near-equilateral black triangle pointing downwards. The flag is based upon the image of the "What Is Your Gender" drop-down menu included above. The flag utilizes the same color pallet of the image with minor adjustment. Though not directly stated, I presume that the design carries the following meanings:
the top stripe represents the drop-down menu from the image, symbolizing the concept of gender.
The subsequent white, black and purple stripes represent gender norms, repulsion related to the concept of gender itself and a declination of the concept of gender, respectively.
