I wonder when Wilbur got revived how did he appear? Did he just poof into existence? Did train doors appear out of nowhere and he just walked out? Or, since it seems that ppl can leave a corpse after their last canon death, did he raise from the ground zombie style, like idk if he was buried under the button room, or did they just leave his corpse there on the ground, maybe covered it in rocks or cloth so they don't have to see his decomposing corpse... Anyway

Ok, what if caretaker manages to help whumpee scape but they have to stay in their place

And then caretaker #2 helps whumpee save caretaker #1 but when they arrive all they find is a heavily tortured, almost rotten corpse.

And caretaker #2 is ready to comfort whumpee, ready to tell them that everything will be ok and the usual stuff

But before they can do that whumpee launches towards caretaker #1's corpse, telling it how happy they are to finally be with them, hugging a rotten corpse with a big dumb smile, completely denying the fact that it's not caretaker #1 anymore.

Just imagine caretaker #2's face of horror and disgust, and the hopelessness of whumpee when caretaker #2 drags them away, believing they're leaving caretaker #1 to be tortured once more

Apparently I am in that Mood where the idea of decomposing and having moss grow on my skin and flowers grow out of my ribcage sounds appealing and very peaceful

Which is mildly concerning! But ehhh whatever

My question is this:

If everything becomes dirt (trees, humans, animals, metal) and everything IS dirt (rocks, mountains, ground, earth) then at what point in decomposition can an earthbender bend a body?

one day, i am going to run off into the woods and you will be unable to stop me. i will be one with nature. take from nature to live only to give back in death. i will decompose on a moss bed while animals around me feast on my carcass.

my swag oc..... i havent fleshed it’s lore out that much but its an anthro cat who’s entire upper body above the hips goes through a constant cycle of accelerated decomposition and then regeneration
