What makes the first 3 bites of each PB&J square so delicious? Why is it that I cannot finish any one piece of this sandwich before biting into another one? I had to find out. The answer must lie inside. I needed to pull apart the bread, find out what makes this thing TICK--then smush them back together, throw them back down, and run away ready to smear jam hands all over the furniture.
