for me, the connection would be more natural if they made lamifex his eliott's uni friends, or at least either maya or one of them be his uni friend. that way a) eliott has friends/a friend :(( b) they would have a mutual friend in common and them hanging out, filming eliott's uni project would make more sense.
Exactly!! I already headcon Jo and Sekou to both be 17, Maya to be 18 and Max to be 19. And now imagine Max and Eliott being uni friends!! Eliott finally having found someone who shares his hobby urbex and also shares his passion for films and directing/shooting movies. Then at the end of ep2 Eliott could have come over to chat with Max and then seeing that Lola was there too (because again why did Eliott just go over to Lola and greeted her as if they were lifelong friends even tho they met once at a funeral- I know that these are little details but it was still kind of weird to me) Then they could have dropped the first clip of ep3 after midnight and Lola and Eliott could have started having a completely natural conversation because they were all hanging out together et voila- everything they would have done after this with their storyline would have been so much more naturally and Eliott would have had friends his age and still could have developed a sibling bond with Lola. And the whole movie project and lamifex helping out would have actually made sense!!🎬
