HEADCANON 

          before peter bit her, before the nightmares and the chaos that is her current life she would to sleep through the night. no one could wake her up, she was such a heavy sleeper it was insane. now, she can barely sleep more than five hours straight. she gets nightmares, she’s scared she’s going to get possessed by peter / literally anyone again. something will happen to her friends, the voices in her head, the anxiety. it’s very hard for her to sleep.

          she pretends she doesn’t want to date, that it’s stupid and unnecessary. but, deep down she loves it. she loves being taken out, she loves having someone act like they care about her enough to take her to get some food. she would literally be okay with going to mcdonald’s, okay? she loves dates. she’s tried dating but the guy has always just gone out with her try to get in her pants. she wants a date where it doesn’t end with sex. just taking her out, kissing her at the door. just wants someone to prove that they care because she’s never really had that.

HEADCANON

        lydia martin loves music okay? she loves all kind of music, there’s not a type of music out there that lydia won’t hum along to, sing to, dance to or just enjoy. she mostly listens to it while driving. she also uses it to try to drown out the voices in her head when they start to get really bad, it helps sometimes and other times it just gives her headache. she also loves having sex to music.
