On this journey, I am beginning to realize the deeper connections I can have with so much around me.
This post describes the connection I have found with the Sun.

If you try to consume my essence in bite size pieces,
you will never get the full effect.
Only those who can consume my essence whole,
experience the rawness that is me.

I want deeper connections with the people around me. I need to reach out more. Because not everyone leaves. Sometimes if you reach out, the person you're trying to reach will be right there waiting.

We are more "connected" than ever, yet somehow lonelier. We can "like" a friend's vacation photo in two seconds, but weeks pass without us knowing what’s actually on their mind. We’ve become masters of the "porch"—stuck in the endless loop of "How’s work?" and "Crazy weather, right?" But relationships don't thrive on the porch. They thrive inside. To move deeper, you don't just need good intentions. You need a strategy for intimacy. In my latest article, I break down: 1. The "Phone Stack" rule to reclaim true presence. 2. How to use High-Yield Questions to bypass the routine. 3. The 5-minute habit that keeps long-distance friendships alive. Let's stop networking and start connecting. 👇 I’ve dropped the link to the full article in the comments below. #Relationships #DeepConnections #IntentionalLiving #Mindfulness #HumanConnection #Networking
WHAT IS LOVE ?
💫 I Don’t Know What Love Is… But Here’s What I Feel 💫
I can’t give you a perfect definition of love. Maybe because love isn’t something you can define. It’s not a single word, a single moment, or a simple emotion. What I do know is that love is pure. It’s selfless. Love for me, giving your heart to someone and placing them in the highest part of your life, almost like they’re your guiding light—your own version of God. ✨
Love is choosing them. Again and again. Even when things are hard, even when the world feels heavy. It’s loving them not just for the good moments, but through the storms. It’s seeing them in their most vulnerable state and still thinking, I would choose you every time. ❤️
It’s not about being perfect or having everything figured out. It’s about holding space for someone, unconditionally. And it’s something that goes beyond words—it’s in the way you feel, in the way you give without asking, in the way you’d do anything to protect their peace. 💫
Love is more than just a feeling. It’s a devotion, a quiet promise to love them in their best moments and their worst. It’s that endless energy that flows from you when you care so deeply that nothing else matters. I keep choosing him, and honestly? That’s what makes it real for me.
There isn’t just one form of love. There’s the unwavering love of parents who nurture you, the playful bond with siblings who share your childhood, and the deep connection with a partner who sees your soul. Each type of love brings its own beauty and challenges, reminding us that love can be both fierce and gentle. 🌈
But let’s not forget the love that extends beyond our immediate circles—the love of kindness, compassion, and humanity. It’s in the small acts of generosity, the moments when we help a stranger, or when we show empathy to those in need. This kind of love binds us together and reminds us that we are all part of something larger. 🌍
In the end, love is about connection. It’s messy, imperfect, and beautiful. It’s the one thing that makes life worth living, and it comes in so many forms.
So while I may not know the exact definition of love, I feel it deeply in every moment I choose to open my heart. 💫
I may not know what love is… but I know what it feels like. 💖
Hearts Over Coffee: Meaningful Conversations
When was the last time you had a memorable conversation with someone? Let’s not stop there! How about a meaningful one? The kind that is frothy and warm enough that your mind sips it graciously from a moment’s cup. Apart from the fleeting hellos we litter our lives with at work, at school, at home or anywhere else on or off the planet which often leads to small talks or wispy gossips, and part…
