Last day of 2019

Morning guys, right before I go to work for the last time this year (get it because tomorrow it’s 2020 😂😂 nope, ok back to business)

I do appreciate everyone checking to see if I am doing ok, I am darlings, I really am!

I am in a better place I have had some really bad knock downs this year, and some nights where I wanted to end it all, I’m not even going to lie to yous, but I have always had a few people to talk to, a lot of people don’t really know what I have and had to struggle through my life, but those who do has stuck by me and I’m grateful to them.

Now I just want to say I do and I mean I do appreciate people’s concerns, but please come to me and leave poor @deepestfirefun alone, she talks to me everyday, and I know people send her tons of messages about me, when I say I am fine, I mean it! I’m not hurting, I do have walls up, but once you break past them I will tell you literally anything like I do her.

So please when you think there is something wrong come to me and not her, but thank you for the love!

So whatever and however you are celebrating New Year’s Eve, I hope you have a great time! Stay safe and bring in the new year living you best life!

I’m sat in work right now laughing to myself, because I know the moment I send this I’ll be turning off my mobile data and won’t have any internet for at least 5 plus hours and my phone will be tucked away in my locker, and I just have to send this because it’s too hilarious not too 😂😂

so I’m not even sorry @deepestfirefun because it’s too funny and you know I love you really, and no one and I mean one is going to understand this 😂😂

Until the last petal falls

This was requested by my darling @deepestfirefun the other day on Whatsapp, using the song Winter Rose by Karliene, you can listen to it here

Standing at the side entrance of the garden Thranduil watched as the snow fell changing the landscape from green to white in a matter of hours, watching the moon rise over the horizon it made the snow glisten like millions of diamonds, placing down his wine cup down Thranduil wrapped his cloak around himself as he picked up the item he needed to deliver and took the first steps in the winter snow. 

"While other blooms are still just buds, I am reaching for the sun, You want me like a Winter rose, a bloom you've never known"

Walking through the forest the cold bitter air circled Thranduil like a hunter circling its prey, but it was useless for elves didn’t feel the cold. 

"You love me like a Winter rose, precious and unusual, Blood red petals, kiss the snow, resilient to cold"

Smiling to himself at the bouquet of roses, he remembered the story you told him about a boy and girl throwing bread crumbs down to mark a path back.

No sound came from the forest as the king walked silently forward plucking one of the roses out he pulled the petals off the stem, dropping them on the ground as he walked leaving the only trace that someone had been there. 

"And when my petals fade their red, will you pluck my weeping head? Or will you love me till the end? Your only Winter rose"

Stopping Thranduil looked down at his hand and saw only one remaining rose there, turning around he saw the trail of petals on the forest floor, turning back forward Thranduil lifted the lonely roses to his nose and smiled at the scent of fabric, this rose was a fake and he knew it would be your favourite. 

"You love me like a Winter rose, precious and unusual, Blood red petals, kiss the snow, resilient to cold"

Lowering the rose and his eyes his smile slowly disappeared as he bent down wiping the freshly fallen snow off the top and front of your gravestone, placing the rose in front of it, Thranduil kissed his fingers and ran them down the frozen stone, as his velvet voice broke the silence of the forest “I shall love you, until the last petal falls.”

Today was not your day at all, everything you did some how didn’t go to plan, everything you touched ended up in a mess making you want to rip your own hair out.

Shuffling your feet along the empty hallway you were in a angry mood, shaking your hands at the side of your body, your eyes started to fill with tears of frustration, slamming your fist against the wall, you turned and slide down the wall, letting your tears flow freely bring your knees up to your chest you hid your face and sob.

Walking along listening to the sound of crying Thranduil was searching the halls for you, his guards had told him about your day not going to plan and he had just the perfect way to cheer you up.

Turning the last corner Thranduil looked down at your body silently shaking “my love?” He asked softly making you jump at his voice, lifting your eyes to his, he saw they were a little puffy from crying holding his hand out for you he waited till you took it, helping you to your feet “I have something that might cheer you up” he said with a small smirk making you roll your eyes and sarcastically say “I doubt it.”

Hallway after hallway you were dragged by the hand till you reached the last one with a single door at the end of it, holding you in front of himself Thranduil whisper in your ear “go through the door” turning the handle of the door you took a deep breath and walked though it.

Blinking a few times you couldn’t believe your eyes “what is this place?” You whispered in shock “Gandalf tells me in your language they are called glow worms, and this is their cave” Thranduil spoke proudly, stepping forward you turned in a circle with a smile on your face staring up at the millions of glow worms “you have a basement full of stars” you whispered out still smiling from ear to ear, feeling all your worries drifting away.

Walking to your side Thranduil took your hands in his “we have the stars” he whispered as he leaned in and kissed you full of passion that left you weak at the knees.
