PonyDeer!Alaena Refsheet, 2020 edition~

A little something for myself after the round of commissions, bringing one of my inactive OCs back to the forefront since she lives in the same world as my other OCs, Soren, Vess, Qirani, and my D&D ranger Ysra.

There is a lot of headcanon brewing for Elf-to-Ponyverse parallels just because of Alaena here. Canonically, she is the daughter of a Wood Elf swordsman and a High Elf spellcaster. And passing, not excelling, at either skill. So I imagine deer to be wood elf parallels and in this case the classical western unicorn to be high elf parallels. Alaena here takes more after her woodland kin than the uptight nobility-type side of her heritage. She’s very forward and impulsive, and sometimes abrasive! She laughs freely, acts brashly, and honestly has high elves questioning if she’s actually half human.

So yee~ Her ponyverse version framewise takes after the unicorns, including a cute lil chin scruff-fluff, but colors are fully deer.
