changing something means going from point A to B, this implies that you are at Point A or you are not yet at Point B.

This is only a problem if you believe some thoughts are more real than others. For example, "It did not appear physically. I am not at Point B"

When such thoughts arrive ask yourself, who are you? You are constantly reminded that you are not the body, nor the mind. If you are neither both, then why do you believe your eyes, nose, touch. That is of the body and mind. Why are you still acting as if you are a body living in a world?

You are awareness, and all is awareness.

The world arises within you, so what is there to change? The fact is immediate, the illusory narrative of something exists the moment you are aware of it. What would there be to change? That is a denial of your nature. Will you let your imaginary senses deceive your true nature? Who are you? Are you human or the infinite?

If you are aware of it, then it is.

I’m always trying to frequently be aware of being aware, however I still feel so trapped in a body and life that I hate. It’s so difficult constantly seeing people live your dream without even having to learn all this. I wish i could’ve just had it handed to me yk? Idk how much longer I can take living this life.

You aren’t living any life. How are you able to know your current circumstances as unpleasant? How are you able to know your current circumstances at all?

It is because the idea/ narrative is present. Notice how the essence of your existence is not the person who suffers but rather the Knower of the person who suffers, and further the inconceivable THAT out of which everything seems to be.

There is nothing to do, just drop the false and be free.

Ok the part i dont get about ND is why does every blog make it seem as if fulfilling those desires is bad? I mean ok fulfilling isnt really the exact word, since everything is THAT and basically all desires are fulfilled already including the undesired things. Why not choose to experience what the self wants? While i do understand the freedom of knowing that we are not these camouflages , but we keep living a life anyways, whether that be as a human, as a flower, as an island, i meannn if i would live as flower i would choose to be the flower in the prettiest garden and the best weather.

My argument is that you keep being aware of a certain life anyways, so isnt that a but contradictory? Because somehow you decided this one is to be lived and the others aren’t necessary?

I just feel like everyone dismisses the experience of the physical reality? I just see it this way -> because i am awareness experiencing being human i can make the most of by having fun. Which you cant really have fun or be sad as just conscious cuz you are everything and nothing so i see being human as this chance of feeling and desiring and “getting” those desires in the “physical”.

In the first paragraph you literally answered your own question, we do not talk about the fulfillment of desire because there is no fulfillment and no desires— the essence of non duality is to transcend illusion, there is no space for such discussions in seriousness here because it directly suggests the existence of the very illusion we are revealing as false and unreal.

There exists only Awareness, Awareness is not yours to own, it is not the mere “ability” to be conscious or aware, we are talking about the formless THAT that precedes every single seeming thing INCLUDING you, desires and the so called physical.

We do not talk about the “physical” reality because it just doesn’t exist. It doesn’t exist, nothing does so why must we discuss them? Do whatever you want, this is all unreal anyways but do not expect the understanding of that to include the very unreal things being transcended, that is contradictory.

Be careful not to see awareness as a superpower, or a persona everyone has, or an action— the name is misleading something better is infinite formless THAT, indescribable.

If we seek the direct experience - it perpetuates 'seeking', if we wait for direct experience-the waiting continues Being aware of awareness is the so called "direct experience" but when does it actually unveil reality? While abiding in awareness doesn't take effort, it does take intent to go back to 'self' in each experience. Why would you need to seek direct experience? It’s here and it’s now that’s the whole point of it, I’m telling you to come back to what you have never left, you don’t ‘seek’ direct experience you just BE , that’s directly experiencing the now, here, the IS.

There’s s nothing to seek because seeking takes away the fact that you’re directly experiencing, you’re taking away direct experience and making it seeking which is a different experience

It doesnt take any effort, the effort is a different experience you’re supposed to go back the natural state you’re not doing anything unless you start to ideate that you’re doing something

You have to stop making it a task just relax and be as you are righy now, its the easiest thing in the world

Without taking any stories into account, stop taking effort, seeking, hard , difficult, confusing. Stop taking these narratives and relax in the nothing that is revealed

Desires only seem to exist in the narrative of their existence meaning without the idea of desire , there is no desire. Desire exists in a single thought , an unstable unreliable thought. Desire is just a narrative— trying to get rid of it or drop it is a useless game of playing illusion with illusion , why get rid of something that isn’t truly there? why engage in more ideas under the guise of dropping desire? Dropping desire is just another idea like desire itself that’s why I say it’s virtually useless to try to drop it.

How do you know you exist? How are you certain? Ultimately the existence of a ‘you’ is an appearing narrative within Awareness, but that’s all that it is. Because any narrative can appear if it is known then narratives arent fact , they are “alleged”

If I tell you to locate yourself you’d arrive at the thought of where you are, it’s really obvious, the entire existence of ‘I’ is a formulated thought, an imagined existence, an assumed reality, a mere conviction that only seems to exist depending on whether it is known or not

The fact that you ended the ask by saying “I clearly exist” is quite funny to me because it showcases the phenomenon of something only BE-ing in a strong held conviction.

At first it sounds crazy I guess, but it becomes more and more clear the more you question the stability of experience and the knowing of experience

Can you go more into detail on what exactly your definition of "real" and "illusionary" is? I feel like i don't understand your posts correctly. What is the difference between something being real and being illusionary?

Speaking about physical pain for example, if the realization that it's not real does not change it's continuation then what makes it illusionary? Sure narratives are just made up so I could just discard the idea that physical pain is something bad and unpleasant. But thinking of it as unreal does not change the sensation? I think you mentioned that nonduality gives you a feeling of bliss but why prefer the sensation of bliss over the sensation of pain when there is no sensation anyways? Isn't the definition of things being unreal arbitrary at that point?

I notice there is this unrelenting tendency to complicate very simple words in my anons and sometimes it leaves me a bit confused on how to reply. Illusionary and real are words we’ve used our whole life, we’ve read them in books or articles, we’ve seen it used on television and heard others say it around us (much like any other word) and I am very sure you all know the definition of these words.

Illusion means illusion, something that seems to be there but in truth it is not , something that appears to exist but on further investigation it is revealed to not have any reality or effect. Can an illusion cause harm or joy? It can’t because it just purely does not exist.

If pain is illusion/unreal then what exactly is a continuation of it? Why would something that inherently doesn’t exist still seem to exist when it is known to be unreal? Except if you keep taking it as reality. It’s very straight forward , if something is not real then it is not real point blank period. The idea of still existing is instantly complete rubbish— the existence of it as an inconsequential idea , has absolutely no reality. I feel the need to stress this, ideas have no reality.

Please notice the contradiction in your statement “thinking of it as unreal doesn’t change its sensation” you are simply just saying it being unreal doesn’t take away the fact that it is real. I know this isn’t necessarily ‘easy’ to grasp simply because we like to hold onto negatives instead of choosing freedom, something about freedom seems scary

It is the realization that suffering was never , will never and is never an actual predicament.

The more you abide in Reality (Self) the more it becomes clear to you how insubstantial experience is, truly you will be mind blown (obviously I’m being dramatic) you will see that nothing has ever happened or touched You, the actual You, in Reality— yet you seem to conjure apparent existence at an instance

If appearance is unreal then the changed appearance is just as unreal

False= unreal/ not actual/ illusion

Yes, Lack is imaginary, fulfillment is imaginary, false/truth is imaginary, change is imaginary, changed appearance is imaginary, appearance is imaginary

Idk why some people think nd makes you miserable or lose any interest in life, i think its the exact opposite, because i am awareness, and everything happens IN awareness, anything can be this or that, theres no certainty about anything or attachment to anything, which isnt bad like people think, ik nd isnt about being a mindset but im talking about its impact at least on my mental health, im much more stable than before, i dont get stressed anymore , and truly i dont think ive been able to love life like this before. Because ik im not stuck and that ik that im not this life but that i just AM, i am awareness. Nothing is happening TO me. And that “me” cannot be defined

At the end of the day it all comes down to misunderstanding and reluctance to go inwards , contemplate or abide as Awareness. What more can I say than what i already have said.
