heart squeezing tightly together with your lungs

for ever thrust, you are forced to breathe out

limb twitching and ribs bending, pain and suffocating

all in involuntary

finally you have a break for breathe

but sorry, the current jolt your body agian

then all the cycle started from the beginning

When a RP go wrong

Missing for few days because of my poor heart🫠🫠

Last time we (me and my colleague) were under going a RP with a routine check of ward equipments (ambu bag, defibrillator……)

During the chest compression from my colleague, it triggered a kind of VT with pulse for my heart and she have to shock me immediately although it’s in low dose

Totally she has shocked me for 5 times to get my rhythm back(with some chest compression so sure🙈) because once it became normal and it change to irregular soon. Gladded that all shock are in low dose and my heart can resume normal itself. I ask her to save to rhythm paper for me as an souvenir to remember the feeling of being resuscitated as a real life saving patient, the pain, the defib, the yelling and nervous from your rescuers

Why didn’t shock me?????

My HR run up to 297bpm!!!!

How fast you need to go for shock advise??
