Studying for my last exam tomorrow, on contemporary religious movements. My New Age Movement notes, with a disclaimer that this is a huge generalization, says that New Agers believe there is a cosmic energy that isn't the mechanism of the universe, it is the substance of the universe. This can be called God Force or Cosmic Love, because God is the universe, and God is Love.
Again the "Do I believe in God?" question becomes complicated. I believe the universe exists! I believe in love! I don't follow to the conclusion that people can tap into that God Love and make things move with their mind, though.
