That’s some food for thought but even so, Jaebum can’t help but let his eyebrows furrow a little. Of all other animals out there, he wouldn’t have thought to call a llama nature’s greatest warriors but then again, what does he know when it comes to them aside from what they look like? If anything, his mind immediately jumped to more ordinary answers revolving around bigger animals: polar bears in one extreme, tigers in the other. “So what about lions then?” he ends up questioning, genuinely quite interested in the topic being discussed. “Aren’t they supposed to be the kings of jungles? Wouldn’t that automatically give them the status of nature’s greatest warriors?”

perhaps she had been mumbling when she said it, not exactly giving it any sort of second thought. so when the older male asks for an explanation, jinny is left to peer up at him absentmindedly, a blank expression glinting her facial features before chewing against the hollows of her cheeks. “lions?” she asks, tone dry as she fumbles through her train of thought, taking in whatever small information she can take to further solidify the careless statement she’s thrown. casting him a side glance, she begins to further babble, “well... you know... female llamas... their pregnancies last almost a year. that’s six months longer than women. and you know... the greatest warriors. yeah, they are.” silence tolls between the two of them before it’s eventually punctured with nervous laughter spilling off her mouth, adding, “yeah, i--- i don’t even know what i’m saying anymore, ignore me. this always happens to me when i drink too much coffee in the morning. and when i barely get any sleep.”

❝ It is! ❞ His actions draw out a whine from her mouth, cheeks flushed bright pink with mortification as lithe fingers persistently tug at Jaebum’s sleeve in a fruitless attempt to snatch the polaroid back. It’s a photograph from her high school days, and although she doesn’t necessarily look bad in it, per se, it’s still not exactly a look that she wants to remember. She’s posing in twin ponytails, for one, because there’d been a costume party held by the student council so she’d dressed up as Sailor Moon in a flashy sailor-style uniform and a bright pink bow on her chest. The final product looks absolutely ridiculous to say the least, it’s photographed form having the detriment of falling into Jaebum’s hands after she’d dropped it from her purse, and now Ahyoung has never wanted to be in her trusty pair of six-inch heels more. unfortunately though, she'd chosen comfort over style that day, so her comfiest, most worn-in pair of Nikes hug her feet instead.

❝ Yellow card, Im Jaebum! ❞ she yelps, though laughter spills from within her lips as she twists and spins lightly on her toes, trying to make up for what she lacks in height compared to him, with agility. ❝ If you don’t return it in three seconds, I’m pulling a red one on you! Three… two…. ❞

Ha… I would’ve thought the sailor phase—era or whatever that tragedy was remained long forgotten, a thing of the past but apparently, I couldn’t be more wrong, hyung. Thank you though. It’s been a good first few weeks of promotions and I can only hope it’ll carry on like so until we wrap it up. A quick trip to the moon and back wouldn’t be so bad though… Who knows. My next photocard might just be a polaroid selca from the moon. It’ll come with a small, authentic pebble.

You know what’s really funny? The fact that you thought the sailor phase would ever be over. I’ve pretty much dedicated a shrine to that in my head--- wait. So that sounds a little odd. Listen 'saeng I don’t have a shrine to that in my head let’s not---- okay. It’s a thing of the past but it’s also a pretty damn interesting thing of the past, I think we as humans tend to hold onto those a little more. You made an imprint shouldn’t you be excited about that. It’s not a bad one, you even made it in heels. Send me a polaroid from the moon and I’m blocking you for not taking me with you. How would I even know the pebble is authentic? I’m gonna need one of you bending down to pick it up off the moon too. There’s gotta be order to this.
