I couldn't sleep, unnie. Sometimes I feel I've got to run away. I've got to get away.
concern draws against the older female’s features when she hears the thoughts currently invading the other’s mind. for someone who tends to not only her individual needs but her group’s as well, this sort of scenario isn’t anything new. and similar to that of the way she’d look after her own members, she’s quick to tug on jennie’s shoulders, pulling her into a tight embrace. yongsun assumes there’s nothing one seeks more than comfort, regardless of whether they want to admit it or not. aside from that, there’s nothing that a hug couldn’t temporarily fix when it comes to a wounded soul, when it comes to hard times as such.
she sympathizes with the younger - and in a way, finds it extremely difficult for her. the stress she must be in, agonizingly crushed within the bars of pressure from both her company and the public. she gives it to jennie for being able to manage so well at an age where most usually need to rely on heavy guidance, gives it to her for making it look so easy. yet she knows that easy is anything but the first term to describe an idol’s life and never has it been easy when strong, agile wings are exhausted to a fault.
“i’m listening.” she murmurs, running a hand through jennie’s back. “just.. say whatever it is you want to say, let it all out.”
