Thank you for responding to Shall We Dance!!! My personal headcanon on Katherine's apartment is that she begged Pulitzer to give her a place of her own and he gave her a small apartment about a block away from where he lives that he rented out himself. It has a good heating system and running water so Jack likes taking showers in there. When he is done with his work, he goes to her apartment (which he has a key to) to wait for her to come home. Whether he stays the night is up to her. :)
