i had to take a year off binding because of how severe the pain had gotten- lots of dysphoria and misgendering but my back seriously needed to fucking heal. Its stressful how few options there are!

yeah it really is. :| and now that I’ve experienced the relief that is not having chest lumps in public, I think I’d rather double layer sports bra + binder than go without, if it comes to that.
