Ok, we have a slight dilemma 😂😅

This next chapter of DEISY was already gonna be lore heavy, and lots of things happening, and questions answered, and blah blah blah....

....but I did not expect how long it would be. O.O

I've not edited yet, so it'll probably be a few words longer than this, but....at the moment, the word count is 37, 546....*sweats*

I was considering splitting it into two chapters, but it all flows into each event, you know? I could probably still do that, but....well. I thought I'd ask you guys!

Soo, do you want the beefiest of beef chapters? Or would you prefer a split? Leave a yes for beef or a no in the comments, and I'll work it out! 😊

Hello! So this is a question that's been bothering me for a bit! In ch 67, I was just wondering how in the world Sans knew about the Convo with Mike, he just seemed to show up and go straight for the throat lmao like Mc didn't explain, neither did Grillby so I was just wondering how he knew Mike was a complete and total waste of magic? (I kinda hate him lmao)

Ahhh, well, that one does have an answer, but depending in what chapter you're on, this answer may include spoilers....uh, so....EVERYONE WHO HASN'T READ PAST MIKE, LOOK AWAY NOW, SPOILERS AHEAD. 🤣

Ok, so, it's actually got a fairly simple answer - y/n's soul during this event was in obvious distress, given how Mike was being a complete and utter asshole to her. 😔 As a result, Sans felt this through their bond as soulmates, and just rushed there on impulse, knowing that something was going wrong.

Theeeen he saw that Grillby was pissed as hell, and Mike was on the floor....and put two and two together. Mike had done something to y/n that had seriously upset her, and it was something that even Grillby got angry about, so not good.

Of course, he took Mike off for a little 'chat' of the own to get all the finer details down, but....yup, that's how Sans knew. 🤣

And there will be more on Mike in later chapters 😉

So, I have a rather odd, out of the blue question haha, it’s just been on my mind for a while so I thought I’d ask. (Apologies if you’ve already answered this!)

In DEISY, it is said that cracking bones is “frowned upon in public”. I was curious if there was something you could equate this to? Is it just a skeleton thing, or a general monster culture thing?

Haha, not out of the blue at all! A lot of people ask about it - seems like it's weirdly become a much larger mystery in DEISY than I intended it to be 🤣 Which is funny, as it's one of the things I'm fully explaining in the next few chapters 😌

I won't spoil it too much, but it's nothing too groundbreaking - and it's a strictly skeleton monster thing.
