Day of Silence
I can't take part in the Day of Silence. I can't be part of a day where the goal is to be quiet to represent solidarity for every member of the LGBTQIA and their ally. As a bisexual who identifies as female and male, I've been silenced enough. I've had to deal with my sexuality and gender identity ridiculed, delegitimized, and I've been ostricized. I want to be loud. I want to be heard and being quiet today won't get me the respect I want. I don't hate the day and I don't want to bash anyone who is part of it, I only want to say I can't be part of it
