UNSTABLE UNIVERSE EPISODE 105 SPOILERS
First off, him destroying a whole Civ??? The fact they CALLED it a civilization rather than just like "town" or "village" had to be a deliberate parallel. The fact they willingly gave stuff to Zam too. That had to be on purpose story wise. Spoke doesn't need to use these exploits. He doesn't need to kill people. But he's too far down that road. And now the line between him and Ash is blurring a little too much.
Which brings me to... Who I think the stalker is.
But first off, the BAT Vault and how it was all destroyed. I have two theories here. Either a) it was Flame fighting Leo as cart practice with whoever his teacher is watching on (though I really don't think this one has any merit. It gets put in as an honourable mention), or, what I really think is going on. And theory a on who the stalker is:
The one, the only, JumperWho. (Please I'm begging bring my girl home)
SO
What if, Jumper is still not fully convinced that Spoke truly was the one to kill her spies. So she's trailing him. Watching him to get that final piece of proof. But, in the mean time, her and Leo had a falling out. It must have been him pushing her to running the election right? So they're already tense there, she said herself she didn't watch to do it. Leo was USING her because if she won he'd be in the pocket of the ruler. He could do whatever he wanted to get to Spoke. So I THINK. Leo and Jumper had a falling out, fought at the vault, and Jumper remained after.
Think about it. Leo had Law with him? Why? Why not his spies? His spies who are 100x more competent than the Law soldiers. But what if he doesn't have his -- or should I say, Jumpers -- spies. Because she took them and left. She couldn't agree with Leo. With how desperate he's becoming hunting down Spoke.
She's smart enough to make those distractions.
Theory b: Parrot.
Now I'm pretty certain myself the person he was referring to to look for ks Wemmbu. It was very clearly his leitmotif at the end of the video. But. BUT. Consider for a moment, that scene right at the end of the capital city bomb threat. How Spoke wishes Parrot luck, telling him he'd be a good king. Also the use of beacons, hmm where have we seen that before?
But. Last, though certainly not least, I present theory c: Ashswag.
Now hear me out. Just... Imagine how... Full circle moment that would be. Not only does he come face to face with the monster he so desperately attempted not to become. Face to face with a man that tells him "look how much you've changed. Look how much we are the same". But this season started in Ash's bases. It started with Ash again. Imagine if it ends with him? With Spoke finally seeing, finally acknowledging who he has become? Face to face with his demon.
