Hmmm. Someone made a search for emotionally whumped Rodney quite a while back, and I made a little list:

Gen+ A Show of Trust+ Hidden Resources+ Down Came A Spider+ Dumb Books+ Could Be Worse+ Among the Stars+ Paradise+ Warm and Safe and Dry+ Whirlwind+ Winter Wonderland+ SafekeepingMcShep+ Lay Me Down So (Warning: Rape)+ Catalyst Verse+ The Paradox of Vision+ Rebuilding Babel+ But Never The Nights+ Serpentine Curves+ Blue and Knobby+ Water, Sweat, Scotch+ Linguistics+ Speech Deprived+ Sandstorms+ Post-Siege III. This fic is unfinished, though it ends in a good place. It’s written entirely as comment fic though, so it can be a bit of a pain to navigate. It’s also like 95% sex, which can get repetitive after a while. But Rodney had a really bad relationship in the past, with John trying to deal with the effects of that, make Rodney realize he was treated like crap, etc.

It should be noted, however, that in a lot of these Rodney is physically whumped and that goes hand in hand with angst, so maybe there’s something for you there?

I checked the Kickstarter page for pillowfort and saw this: “The registration keys will all be sent out at the same time, currently estimated to be September.” So if you donate right now, it’ll be sometime next month before you get your registration link...
