You aren’t quite sure how late it is; the other went to bed a long time ago, leaving you and Minho to your own devices in the living room. That proved to be a mistake on their part because while it was an effort to get the two of you to discuss your feelings for each other, it resulted in you sitting on one end of the couch and Minho sitting far across you on the other side. 

The silence hanging about the room remains so dense and palpable that you would almost hazard to say that you are choking on the tension. You refuse to be the one to begin the conversion. There are too many uncertainties tied to it: what if he doesn’t feel the same, what if he rejects you, what if he’s disgusted by your feelings for him, what if he doesn’t even want to remain friends? Too many question, and not enough answers for your liking, so you remain glued to the spot and stare at the floor as though it will make your problems disappear.

News flash: it won’t. In fact, it makes things worse. The growing silence is making Minho a bit restless and bothered. He keeps huffing from where he’s sitting, annoyed little sighs and breaths that only make you feel worse. He could leave at any point if he truly wanted to, and you frankly believe that it’s out of pity that he remains with you in the living room because no one would walk you to the door or bid you goodnight. 

You decide, at last, that enough is enough. You won’t be confessing to him anytime soon, so you might as well just leave so that he can go sleep in peace. Thus, you turn to where he’s seated to announce your departure, only to find that he is no longer sitting on the couch. You inhale sharply and try to ignore the slight stab of pain in your chest as the thought of him leaving without saying a word to you rises. 

Then, something catches hold of your chin and pulls you forward. You squeal at the suddenness of the pressure, heart fluttering from shock, and Minho doesn’t even give you a second to recover because he bends at the waist and invades your personal space in one breath. Your eyes meet for the briefest second. He closes the distance between your lips in his next motion, mouth slotting against yours with only a light amount of pressure. It’s enough to send you reeling though, and you forget how to function like a normal human being in that moment.

He pulls away too soon for your liking. It’s enough to kick your mind back into gear, a question already falling from your mouth before he even fully parts from you.

“I’m sorry, are you sure you-”

Your thought is cut drastically short by another press of his lips to yours, and this time, he kisses you harder and deeper. There’s no need for you to finish your question, or for him to voice his feelings because the kiss tells you both more than enough.

honestly I think chan would show you he cared in lots of little ways, if you aren’t already dating, then the way he’d show he has a crush would probably be in the way he remembers all the little details about you. like what your favorite meal is so when he ordered in for studio hangouts you’d get just what you like. or when you listen to songs together he remembers the little stories that you connect with these specific songs. if you’re already tgt then just think this x1,000,000 because he’s gonna remember all the little anniversaries, all the firsts and anything else. too sweet xoxo 

Minho

minho seems like he’d show you he cared with actions instead of words, remembering little anniversaries like chan and getting you gifts that have meaning. I think minho would enjoy teasing you, not in a way that would hurt you but enough sting to make you wanna play fight him haha xD teasing is another way of showing affection so I think he’d love to just mess with you because he doesn’t do that with just anyone.

Changbin

changbin is caring and wants to show you, if you aren’t dating i feel like he’ll be a bit flirty, like just making little flirty jokes so that back and forth with you is hella cute. honestly he’d probably still do it if you were dating but I think he’d try and get you to notice through that. maybe even little thoughtful gifts too? (changbin is a Leo, his energy is gonna be so warm and fuzzy and he’s gonna wanna spoil you)

Hyunjin

hyunjin would show he cares with little gifts, kinda like minho and changbin, but more like changbin because he wants to spoil you rotten. you insist he doesn’t have to get you anything, but he insists harder that he does. the gifts don’t have to be big but they’re thoughtful and nice. jewelry is one of his favorite options, necklaces or bracelets with special meanings, it’s all so touching. you definitely can see he likes you, it makes you all blushy for sure, cause he spoils you in a way that’s different than anyone else.

Jisung

jisung oh boy, he’d probably show interest with music, at least I think so. like he’d ask for your opinion on lyrics he’s written, and you’re oblivious to the fact that most of these lyrics he’s writing are about you. you’re so proud of jisung and everything he’s creating and the praise makes him pretty happy. (this boy would probably make you a confession song let’s be real) if you guys get tgt be prepared for him to bombard you with all the stuff he made and you’ll be like “........ this was about me?!?!?”

Felix

LOTS AND LOTS OF CUDDLES! now you may think this is normal for your resident cuddle bug felix, but he actually gives you more hugs and kisses than the members (sometimes) and the members try and tell you that but you’re like “nah this seems pretty normal” and they just wanna facepalm. just know felix loves to cuddle you or ask for you to comb through his hair with your fingers, over time you’ll fall for all this cuteness and felix will legitimately have one of those “oh my god took you long enough!” moments.

Seungmin

seungmin seems like the acts of service type of person. I think he could also subtly show you he cared with words if the situation called for it. he’s definitely the type that when he cares you’ll know. the members would totally catch on quickly to his crush and they’d offer to help but he doesn’t want them meddling. I think if you needed help if he wasn’t busy he’d totally come to you to help with whatever, if you just needed someone to listen to you vent, he’s all ears. the gestures are what make seungmin’s crush so obvious, but lucky for him you like him too uwu

Jeongin

jeongin isn’t big on skinship/physical touch so I think the way he’d get you to notice he cares is through his words, the sweet things he says and the things he writes in cards for you. I think honestly if he gives you skinship then that’s definitely a way to know he cares since it’s what he usually doesn’t like to do. so that’s a pretty big gesture in terms of jeongin.
