Mushroom Spinach Lasagna Recipe-Easy & Delicious
Indulge in the richness of this creamy seafood lasagna featuring SeaPak Scampi and Popcorn Shrimp, layered with cheesy goodness and savory Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients: 1 box SeaPak Scampi. 1 box SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp. 9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cups Alfredo sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Follow the directions on the package to cook SeaPak Scampi and Popcorn Shrimp. Put ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Put a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. On top of the sauce, put three cooked lasagna noodles. Put half of the seafood mix Scampi and Popcorn Shrimp on top of the noodles. Place half of the cheese mix on top of the seafood. Add more layers of noodles, seafood, and cheese mixture until you reach the top, which should be cheese. Put foil over the dish and bake for 30 minutes. Take off the foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and bubbly. Allow it to cool a bit before serving. Have fun with your seafood lasagna!
