Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup dried cranberries.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the flour, rolled oats, chocolate chips, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Put the chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and dried cranberries in the bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate small bowl: Half a cup of melted butter 1 big egg 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ones until a dough forms. Press the dough into balls about 1.5 inches 4 cm across with your hands, and then put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. To make each ball flat, lightly press down on it. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
