{Gakuen Basara verse}Kendo is something Date picked up by accident. Since he had been a little kid, nothing else but Baseball really managed to catch his interest. But one time, as he was on his way back from school, he managed to get a sneak peak of the Kendo club, and found himself fascinated by it. The movements, the discipline, the sheer amount of willpower to perfectly wield such a sword, it quickly managed to convince him and join the club. Well, what could one say. He had been a natural talent at it.Though, being in High school now, he never bothered to join the Kendo club, being too busy with Baseball and getting into fights with nearly everything in existence (especially with Yukimura ). He however still really enjoys doing hourly sessions in the evening from time to time when he´s in the mood for it.
