I tried really hard to make some semblance of a Deltarune equivalent to Murder Drones but I just couldn't do it so my brain landed on haunting me Mr Peabody style "🌀🌀🌀 oooo you wanna put dark fountains on copper 9 so bad ooooo 🌀🌀🌀" and so im making shit up now

My idea was drones going around talking about rumors of an magical world where you stab the earth and concentrate to create it in the same way Susie is taught about dark fountains but most people assume it isn't real, don't do it right or try really hard but unknowingly do it wrong

So Uzi would talk all about how its cringe and probably isn't real because "magic is lame and doesn't exist" before V and N remind her of The Absolute Solver of The Fabric and shes like "oh shit maybe it does exist" and they would try and ACTUALLY manage to make a dark fountain and they'd be like "oh my god bro this is my dad's house wtf am i gonna do??"

I think the three would follow the main theme of the trio in deltarune, Uzi is the fighter and leader, V would be the brute (im designing her to be a scavanger) and N would be a healer

A main reason why it doesn't work for many drones is because I like to think the bunker is built over a cave system in some spaces so there is gaps and holes under most of the colony making it not connected to the "earth" so many drones who try fail or simply don't considerate enough to make it happen. Khans apartment is the only one who does has connected ground under his apartment making it possible for Uzi to open one.

But you know who also would have connected ground in their apartment? J, rubs my hands evilly. I think it would be funny for Js darkener design to be like Spamton and she'd quickly adopt and adjust to a dark world as escapism but also get so wrapped up in it and decend too far that it takes the trio knocking on their door and discovering a dark world to realize "oh shit maybe ive been here too long"

I like to imagine there is a prophecy in this universe but unlike deltarune where its told upfront it would take J delving too deep into her own dark world to find it and having to bring it to them as a warning

HI. I LOVE DELTADRONES i think it would be interesting if in J's dark world JCJenson still exists and J is like really into it but at the same time cyn would have to have a way of accessing the dark worlds? maybe cyn/solver is part of "the profecy" some way

uzi would have to hurry up close the fountain before khan sees it 😭😭or at least try to

i think its interesting to see how N uzi and V would see the dark worlds because uzi doesnt do a lot of escapism during the show since she is like the only one who does anything in the bunker tm, but N and V sure do, uzi would get suspicious about the dark world inmediately BUT there could be something useful to uzi in the dark worlds, maybe she likes the darkners like susie does

Don't like their designs because im doing it from scratch and an Uzi Kris design will happen eventually

Literally THE tadc tumblr guy drawing my Spamton J feels like a sign to make that comic ive had in my head for like a week here is what the last 45 minutes of progress has led to.

Its two pages btw. I have off tomorrow and Sunday so I shall be cooking
