a new release from zyxz
Featured track "Delta Mornings," from London-based artist zyxz is simultaneously blissful and solemn. Older millenials might call this music "ambient", whereas younger ones might refer to it as vaporwave, a genre "often characterized by a nostalgic fascination with retro cultural aesthetics, commercial artifacts, and technology," according to Wikipedia. zyxz has it characterized as the newly coined "sp3ct3rwave." Regardless of genre, it's definitely evocative of early Aphex Twin or Brian Eno. Enjoy!
