Do you have piercings? How many?

None preserved from mortality on my vampiric body, no.

Now, there have been a drunken night or two when someone has convinced me to pierce something. I've done mundane things--ears, eyebrows, lip.

One particular night in Amsterdam I was three sheets to the wind with a certain violinist and was convinced to pierce a nipple. Turned out to be just as fun as he predicted.

One time, I fell asleep as he had his mouth around me.

I was mortal and very drunk and evidently very tired. He kicked me out of bed.

What would you say is the superior fabric for clothing? What's the worst?

Velvet.

Polyester.

The worst thing that has happened to fashion in the last ten years has been the utter evaporation of real fabric, even for the extraordinarily wealthy. Everyone is wearing terrible plastic clothes.

I don't suppose this is personal but would you change what kind of immortal you were if you could, what would seem enticing enough?

I mean, I think it is fairly personal, as we’re talking about a complete change of species.

I don’t think it’s possible, mind you, so to be honest with you, I would have to give it some serious thought accompanied with a great deal of research before I could give a proper answer.

What are my options? Are we just considering Vampiric Species? Fae?
