Being a manager sucks
#especially when it comes to entitled employees#sorry for the rant#but I have a guy who demands certain days off#demands certain shift#and if he can’t have it#then he will quit#he’s been with us for a month#he told me that he has to have it off because he’s young#and needs to hang out with friends#…#really#I’m tempted to tell him to leave then#if the job ain’t working out for him#then go
