Here’s the thing: Ryan knows demons are real. Ghost, demons, spectres, poltergeists - all of it. He’s a demon himself, can see each and every one of the lost souls that drift around aimlessly. He calls out to them each and every time, hoping they’ll come forward, let their existence be known. 

He doesn’t want to just slip off his glamour and go, “Boom. See? I’m a demon. I’m real. Ghosts are real.” 

Sometimes he wants to, like when Shane turns down every piece of evidence he gets. But it’s worth it when Shane shakes his head with an amused smile.

If you ask him, getting the world’s biggest skeptic to be on a ghosthunting show with him was a pretty big mistake.

But then again, so was falling for him.
