She’d probably think that I’m cute and to be protected. But then again, she’s like that with anyone who wouldn’t be able to defend themselves in a fight (not she is keen on admitting that)

I have over 150 OCs so…She would actually probably get along with most of them except for Bob. Or Hanna. But those are for different reasons.

Shou. Her brother, sister, and her parents. And if she had a sixth choice that would probably be Yuji but she would never admit it.

She and Shou have been together for over 300 years.

She’s good at memory and healing spells, by this point she speaks most of the major languages fluently, and she has great people skills.

She’d punch them in the face and tell them to fuck off she’s busy.

She likes to dress in tank tops, shorts, and combat boots. Usually darker colors and a bright shirt.

She and Shou are supernatural detectives. (like they work with police when something unexplainable happens)
19: Give a brief description (or a long one!) of your OC's backstory.
She has over 800 years of backstory and I know very little of it. But I’ll give you what I do know. At one point, about 400 years ago, she was kidnapped and was going to be sold into prostitution. On a raid, Shou found her and she demanded they take her with them, so he did. Shou’s father took her on as one of his servants (basically a slave but not a sexual kind) and she stayed with them for 50 years until they found out exactly who her family is (a very powerful family). So they brought her back for the reward. Mai and her family were reunited for only 30 years though. Shou’s father eventually came back and told her family that if she didn’t come with him she would die because as his servant, she was bound to him. Mai may have tried to kill him after this but it turned out she couldn’t and if someone else tried to kill him she was ordered to protect him. So she went back with him, furious. 20 years went by and she and Shou finally got together and started to hatch a plan to kill his father, which they eventually did. However, and unknown side effect to killing Shou’s father was that whoever killed him would become Mai’s new master so Shou became her new master. He was utterly appalled but they couldn’t find a way to get rid of it. Mai doesn’t really mind so much because she knows Shou would never abuse something like that. So she can’t leave his side for long and she can’t kill him? She can live with that.

I really like the name Mai, and well Oni is what she is so...

The only things I have to add to Mai’s description about him is that he fell in love with Mai about 50 years before she fell in love with him and Shou isn’t his real name. (Mai chose that name for him) Whomever knows his true name can control him with it. He told Mai at one point for reasons but she decided to erase the name from her memory, but if pressed she could access it again.
