intps, istps and 8th slot
i will explain this through ixtps who has fi in that slot and that means they have fe in the 4th aka inferior slot.
somebody with fe inferior / baby function, somebody who doesn't know how to interact with others using complex feelings, somebody really awkward or lazy about that will be inevitably fi sensitive, fi careful, fi cautious, fi defensive too. ixtps want you to be straightforward with them. you love me? ok, i will love you too then. it is very easy to pick up intps and istps just by being straightforward.but anyway, i digress (not really).
ixtps won't shame you using fe, they won’t call you out or something. they would hate that kind of drama, it’s the biggest cringe for them even when they watch somebody getting fe shamed. if you ask them, they might explain why what you did was wrong with their ti but most usually, they will "think" you were mean, they won’t say anything and then they will put more space between you and themselves. which is the exact same behaviour with ixfps who are fi doms!
as such ixtps has fi “role” function! they want you to be nice and straight because if your behaviour more zigzaggy, more complex they don’t know how to deal with that.
