Notes: I haven't finished this one yet but I AM LOVING it. It seems at first nothing has changed with Rey and Ben Solo on the opposite side of the war. But there are sutle hints at first.

Note's: Very tormented Kylo Ren, he clearly wants Rey so bad. So big bonus if you like him pining and going about his feelings in extreme ways.

“I had a vision… of the Sith throne. And who was on it.” Rey’s voice falters a little, as scared as she is of what she’s seen—scared and another feeling she doesn’t dare tell Finn.

“Ren,” he assumes.

“And me.”

Note's: Pretty much its the scene of Rey telling Finn she had a vision but she doesn't tell him /All/ of what she saw. LOL

All At Once by Mosterleadmehone : Rated Explicit, Costume party, mask ball, Virgin Rey, Virgin Kylo, One-Shot.

The First Order has taken over the planet Neftali in the Soccoro system. Every year, the town of Cordel Cove hosts a winter carnival that culminates in a masquerade ball. The presence of one Supreme Leader has been requested.

The Resistance has come to Neftali to strike a deal with a shady organization, using the carnival as a distraction. They send Rey to the masquerade to keep an eye on things. After one too many drinks, the masked man all in black catches her eye and asks for a dance. But what will happen when the masks come off?

Note's: Takes place after The Last Jedi with the Resistance running around. IPretty much Rey and Kylo meet back up and lose their virginity to each other. Normally first times aren't my thing but I loved the longing for connection between the two. It's rather sweet.

The Hatstall by L3tty_B4rro5 : Rated G, Hogwarts-Au, Fluff and angsty, teacher and student relationship, Professor Ben Solo. Completed.

DADA professor Ben Solo is swept off his feet when Rey, a new transfer student from Ilvermorny, arrives at Hogwarts. While trying to understand why she's so captivating to him, he realizes that's not the only mystery he'll have to solve. Rey might have more secrets than he expected and as much as he tries, avoiding her is not an option.

Notes: I didn't see a lot of the twists coming. Rather cute and one of the light hearted fic's on my rec's if you over look the student and teacher attraction.

Two Gold Rings by TheAmberKitten : Rated Mature, Graphic depictions of violance, Werewolves, dystopia, Completed

Anywhere had to be better than Jakku, Rey thought. But if California wasn’t safe, where else could she go?

The two girls looked outside the open door of the train car to watch the desert scenery fly by. There was the sound of howling and Rey observed the outline of what appeared to be a hundred wolves running along the elevated tracks.

She wondered if one of them had golden eyes.

Notes: Rey is force to wander for her own safety with werewolves having taken over. Prefect if you want something bleak and atmospheric.

A Shot at the Night by CaptainCabinets : Rated Explicit, Vampires, mild blood and gore, vampire Ben, Maid Rey, On Going fic.

Rey Johnson needs money and has plenty of blood. Kylo Ren has plenty of money and wants Rey Johnson's blood. They make a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Notes: This one has to be my favorite of fav's. I live in the same setting as where the story takes place and its very accurate. Rey is a struggling woman and gets swept up in the vampire world to be a blood donor to Ben. But clearly there is a underlying attractions and indepent Rey gets scared. Also heads up its still being worked on.

The Lion's Roar by MurderOfCrowss : Rated Explicit, Rape/Non-con, Graphic depictions of violance, werewolves, A/B/O or Omegaverse, Dead Dove don't eat, Dom Kylo Ren, Submissive Rey, dark HAE, Compeleted.

Rey's day goes from bad to worse when she meets up with a werewolf to pay off her sister's gambling debt. When a simple encounter goes terribly wrong, she finds herself bound to a man she barely knows. Kylo as his pack calls him, doesn't care if she consents or not to their union. Rey will have to find a way to escape or spend the rest of her life trapped by his side.

Note's: This was my first intro to Omega verse so I already have a skew idea of the trope thanks to this fic. It's very intense and pretty adventurous, after Rey is now trapped with Kylo Ren she goes on different life ending adventures. One with a rivial clan of alpha's trying to kill Kylo. And another was some sort of alpha werewolf fighting group. Pretty good if you want action and adventure to your dark romance.

Neighbors With Benefits by ThePuddleJumper : Rated Explicit, Omega verse, Alpha Ben, Omega Rey, enemies to friends, pining, attempted assult, On Going fic.

Rey’s neighbor is the most annoying man she’s ever met. Always too self-absorbed to bother saying hello in the hallway, always taking her favorite parking spot in the garage, always avoiding the building’s social gatherings—didn’t his mother teach him any manners?

But when someone gives the grumpy alpha a rut-inducing drug, Rey decides to help. She may prefer to ignore the frustrating man, but she’s not going to abandon a person in trouble—no matter how aggravating they might be.

Unfortunately, the proposed ‘neighbors with benefits’ solution is complicated. It may seem simple if she just thinks about the biological aspect, but Rey has no interest in having a mate or any long-term relationship. The alpha next door agrees to her terms, but both of them may be signing up for more than they can handle.

And neither considers the risks to their hearts.

Notes: Very protective Ben. The sort of story where Rey justifies trying to keep from falling for her friend with benefit.

The Mail Order Bride by Lazypadawan : Rated Expilicit, Wild west-Au, Fluff and Angsty, Shoot outs, Babies, Eventual Happy Ever After, Not Beta Read, Compeleted.

Rey Niima was a lonely school teacher in 1870s California until she spotted an ad from a miner seeking a bride. She and Ben Solo connect through letters then he proposes and Rey leaves it all behind to join him. But on the way there a gang of masked desperadoes hold up her stagecoach. The wedding goes forward but little does Rey know that her new husband isn't what he seems to be.

Note's: Fun fact the plot is based on a story from the 1800's of a mail order bride. However this one has a happier ending. It's a rather fun adventure.

Modern Au's

Baby Sister by Zoey_Writes : Rated Explicit, Underage, sibling sex, Incest, pregency, mentions of abortion, loss of parents. Ben and Rey are half siblings. Cheating Han Solo. Completed.

Shortly before Ben's sixteenth birthday, he learns that his father has another child, a daughter named Rey, who will be coming to live with them following her mother's death. At first, he hates her, then he tolerates her, and then...

Notes: A whole lot of family drama and the author actually handles the side characters really well. I really got into the history of Leia's family. Ben in this story is the main pov and he actually is rather sweet. The budding friendship between Rey and Ben was refreshing before they actually started to get together. But everything is pretty realistic.

Sometimes a gift is more by Blueyedgurl : Rated Explicit, Incest, Ben and Kylo are twins, Sibling incest, Uncle/niece, parent/child, Mild dubious consent, On Going fic. Locked fic must have an AO3 account.

Rey's Uncle Kylo gives her a bear for her 18th birthday. One squeeze Kylo's voice sing the song he likes to tease her with. A few more and it vibrates...it probably isn't all it does.

Note's: There is some Ben and Kylo stuff going on. It also hasn't been updated for a good while but if you don't mind the four chapters are great.

Smug by infinitegalaxies : Rated Expilict, best friends older brother, Rey's 18, Ben 21, switching POV, Compeleted.

Rey’s crush on her best friend’s brother is finally reciprocated, for better or worse.

Note's: Would have been straight up smut had the happy ever after at the end made it into a rather sweet little tale.

Quija by majesticllamalady : Rated Expilict, Graphic depictions of violance, Major Character death, Rape/ Non-con, Paranormal, dead dove do not eat, Demon Kylo, Horror, No happily ever after, Compeleted.

Rey and her friends have taken up what was supposed to be a harmless hobby of ghost hunting. Tired of coming up empty handed, Poe brings along a Ouiji board this time to encourage a spirit to come forward. Only it wasn't a harmless spirit trapped in the home they've unleashed, but a demonic entity that's finally broken free of its bonds. The demon only wants Rey, and it will have her, but not before it's finished playing with the young college students for daring to mess with paranormal.

Note's: Really a dark Reylo if your into that. It wasn't tagged but I think there is an element of mind fuckry with one dream scene. (Not fuckary in terms of sex but just mind games.) There is such a visual and mood of fear about it. I take it out for Halloween or when I need a good scare. It's only five chapters but gets to the point.

Witchy Reader x Demon Kylo Headcanons

this is rly long and could prob be a standalone fic pffft also yes i’m using pic collage bc my ipad hasn’t been shipped yet ughhhh

General content: summoning a demon, befriending the demon, getting fucked by said demon. witchcraft, gods/goddesses, demons

TW: mentions of demonic slavery, blood letting, general angst, vomiting.

Every wanna-be witch always says they’re descendants from the witches the Puritans didn’t burn in Salem, Massachusetts. Not you, not your bloodline. Your lineage was much much older than that. Stronger, more secretive. Hidden from all eyes but their own coven.

Nine families in total, each representing directions: North, South, East, West, North East, South East, North West, South West, and finally the family who led them all: Fate. Your family.

You remember the gatherings growing up, especially the new witch families that joined after your coven came out of the retrospective broom-closet. Each of the nine families sending representatives to gather under solstice moons or for your yearly “dance naked under the moonlight” shenanigans.

You were already in your twenties, soon to ascend your mother’s throne and become the representative of the Fates. And of the coven. It was a big honor they all said but you felt it wasn’t for you.

So you spent your time doing what you do best, working in your shop.  It was a small shop, you sold a variety of things such as tea, tinctures, oils, and ointments. The older folks around town enjoyed coming to your shop for your arthritis gels- if only they knew of the little witch who concoct it. The teens on the other hand came all for the occult books, trying to be the edgiest at their school, it’s kind of cute you admit.

More and more pressure befalls you, having to prove your magical might in front of the entire coven: summoning a demon and making them your slave. You didn’t want to participate in any capacity. When you watched another member do it many many moons ago, you almost vomited. Bearing witness to something so cruel and dark tore your senses apart.

That night came, no matter how hard you protested. The blood was spilt, words chanted, tears fell from your eyes as you watched in horror as a demon rose from inside the circle with you from black misty shadows. Whispers of “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry” were the only things that came from your lips.  

The beast in front of you looked around, taking in his surroundings; his eyes full of hate and anger, yellowed lines surrounding his pupils. He bellowed and roared with all his might, doing his all to scare and terrify. No witch, in all your life, has ever conjured a demon as strong or as powerful. He looked beautiful, with long black hair, skin like marble, littered with constellations across his bare torso and chiseled face.

You became the talk of the covens, witches came far and wide to witness your magnificent accomplishment but you hid yourself away in your store, wanting nothing more than to work your days and nights away, the demon by your side grumbling in Abyssal, the language of his kin.

Slowly you and your demon developed a bit of a routine. Anytime you’d make food, you always prepare extra for him and leave it on the other side of your dinner table. He’d never eat with you but if you blinked, the plate would disappear, blink again, and the plate would return and all the food would be gone.

Slowly yet surely, he would reveal himself around you more, stepping out from the shadows, sometimes awkwardly standing in the corner of whatever room you’d be in.

Eventually he spoke to you, speaking in words you couldn’t decipher. He read your confusion and put his index finger up in the universal “hold on” gesture. He disappeared in the shadows only to reemerge once again with a small vial filled with golden liquid. He handed it to you, his long nails only digging into the skin of your hand momentarily, motioning you to drink it.

If you ever imagined what it was like to taste fire, this was it in a bottle. It burned and tingled your entire body, sniffing out any coldness that nipped at your fingers. When you recovered, your demon held his hand out to you, palm up. “My name is Kylo Ren.” With those five words spoken in a deep baritone voice, you may have soiled your underwear for a brief moment.

Time moved on, you became revered in your witch community. Many sought you out to help with their witchy troubles, it was fine, it meant that bills will be paid and that soothed your worries tenfold. But now your ascension was on the horizon- by the dawn of the next blood moon, you and your demon were to make the ultimate bond in front of the coven and you would be crowned as Mistress Fate, the strongest witch.

The demon Kylo and you developed a friendlier attitude towards each other, you’d find little pieces here and there that he’d drop, showing he cared about you. Once somebody attempted to break-in to your apartment and you had awoken to a bloodied Kylo having “taken care of it”. It was never brought up again. Other times, he would draw up a hot bath on particularly troublesome days of yours. Overall, you’d grown accustom to him even if he was on the bit of the rougher side of most things

The ritual that lingered over your mind was one you really weren’t keen on doing: marrying your demon. When you explained all of this to Kylo he was very nonchalant about it. To him, human lives were a blip in his immortal life, he saw it as a game whereas you saw it for your entire life. This wouldn’t do. It hurt how much it didn’t affect him although you would never admit out loud you were grateful he wasn’t as terrifying as the other demons the witches in the coven summoned. He knew he was powerful but he never did anything to scare you.

Kylo, as much as it flustered you, was a flirty bastard. He explained to you some time ago that often, young witches would call on him to perform sex rituals, many being virgins. He gauged your reaction that you still a virgin and you slapped him. You too knew your way around a bedroom, you were confident in your own right and body. The problem was this damned demon was too attractive to have these kinds of words dripping off his forked tongue.

A week before your ascension, you approached Kylo who was momentarily distracted by some food. Who knew demons had an unholy obsession over potatoes in every form. An offer was made over those tater tots, if he would be willing to pretend marry you so he could up and vanish to wherever dimension he’s came from by the rise of the sun after the blood moon fell. If he agreed, he would never be bonded to you, never be tied to this realm no longer, and most of all, he wouldn’t have to see you anymore.

He left in a puff of black sulfur smoke with no words to depart on.

Days turned to nights, nights to days. No word from the demon you had come to miss. The morning of the blood moon, a simple letter arrived on your nightstand. Faded parchment with scratchy red writing. I won’t fake marry you, little witch.

That night came. The blood moon rose. Your demon was nowhere to be found. His letter hurt you in more ways than one, hot hot tears blurred your vision as you stood on the alter in the middle of the forrest clearing, all by your lonesome. The other witches circled at the edge of the clearing in their darkened cloaks, arms raised on high heaven, voices mixing together in chanting harmonies. The blood moon slowly crept over, beginning it’s bloodied ritual overhead. Cold winds whipped your hair as a blinding red flash hit behind you, you looked over your shoulder as long talons as nails caressed your back. Your eyes met with Kylo’s blackened irises, he leaned forward and touched forehead to forehead with you and in Abyssal spoke something unclear to you.

Cheers erupted from behind the circle of the coven, onlookers of witches who gathered far and wide to witness such a powerful and historic moment. The chanting grew louder, soon the entire clearing in the forest was covered in deep blood red coloring. Your mother, soon to be the former Mistress Fate approaches the alter where you stood with Kylo. In her hands were the dagger and golden chalice where your red blood would mix with his blackened blood.

As the ritual completed, all the witches who bore witness to this moment gathered and circled close t give their congratulations and well wishes. See, this bonding wasn’t just about showing how strong the Fate family was, it was also to show that beings as powerful as the gods listened to the prayers of ordinary people. That there’s somebody somewhere who listened.

The clock rang 3:00AM, the ironic witching hour as it were, you finally arrived to your homely apartment with your new.... husband? Kylo stayed quiet the entire drive home, as did you. It didn’t help that it was raining and overall soggy. Whatever was going on just churned your stomach. Stripping your clothes silently in your bedroom, you once again felt those sharp nails softly scratching on your bare skin. “I told you I won’t fake marry you” he whispered.

For the next 24 hours you never could have imagined the amount of pleasure your body could take. Between overstimulation and back to back to back orgasms, the demon Kylo fucking Ren shared an insurmountable of power and pain and pleasure with you.

And like the woman you were, you loved every minute of it.

Summary: In an attempt to escape an unfair fate, Rey runs into Takodana Forest. She unknowingly awakens a dark power the villagers always warned her about -- the demon, Kylo Ren.

Excerpt: One second he was there, holding her up and the next he was between Plutt and Teedo. Both men startled. The dogs whined and took off, heading out of the forest as rapidly as their four legs could carry them.

“Leave,” the stranger demanded.

“Not without my property,” Plutt argued. “She’s to be sold to Lord Snoke.”

Any bravery he showed against the stranger was born solely out of greed. He held no concern for Rey or what was to become of her.

“This one is mine,” the stranger growled. “No other shall touch her.”

A very belated birthday gift for my dear friend @kuresoto, who requested Witch Rey/Demon Kylo! Read it on AO3 here. 

“Blood of Hestia, Elf leaf, lamb mint, scaldhead,” Rey muttered to herself, running her finger down the intricate page. It was an ancient spell book, though new to her. It was a treasure she could not and would not share with anyone.

She was brewing a tea for one of her dearest friends, Rose, who was expecting her first baby in the spring. Finn was already a proud and doting dad, and fussed over Rose every day. He had offered to trade anything with Rey for the tea, but she refused, insisting that it was the least she could do.

The tea smelled amazing as it simmered on the stove, and Rey wiped her brow. Absentmindedly paging through the spell book, both her eye and finger were drawn to a mysterious, untitled spell. One of the book’s previous owners had added her own annotations to it, along with a warning.

“Do not use in close proximity to a religious institution or iconography. Beware the witch hunters.”

Rey sighed and said a blessing for the dead, knowing far too many of her foremothers and sisters had died for the secrets she held in her own hands now. History had come a long way, with Rey able to communicate via Instagram and Tumblr with witches all across the globe, though she still chose to live in a small village and build her close-knit chosen family wisely. She tried to put the mystery spell out of her mind, but her eye continued to be drawn to the various symbols on the page, symbols she did not recognize.

Before she knew it, it seemed as though her lips were moving of their own accord, chanting an incantation in a language she did not know.

Her small kitchen became altogether too warm, even though it was storming outside. Flames flickered and danced before her; her heavy blanket slipped down from her shoulders while her hair dampened with sweat.

A man appeared before her. He wore thick black high-waisted pants, though his well-built, muscular chest was bare. He had thick, dark hair, and plush pink lips, altogether too tempting. His eyes were dark and shadowed, adding to his allure.

Rey found herself speechless for a moment. “Who are you?” she asked, drawing backward in her chair.

“I am Kylo Ren,” he replied. “You have summoned me.”

“I didn’t mean to,” Rey answered, still stunned. “What are you?” she asked, afraid she already knew the answer.

“I am a demon servant,” he answered, his words bolstered by his devilish smile.

“What do you mean by servant?” Rey asked once more, still unsure of what she had done.

“I live to serve your every wish,” the altogether too handsome demon in front of her said with a flourish and a wink. He knelt before her, still appearing entirely human, and looked her directly in the eye.

Gazing into his eyes, Rey knew she was lost.
