Does Louis' demon form work sorta on werewolf rules where he can shift back and forth with no memory of what happened during Demon Times or is it a "once he goes demon mode, he's FUCKED" kinda things?

It's kinda both?? Louis going all mindless demon happens multiple times in his story, but it doesn't happen on a set schedule (like a werewolf transformation is every full moon). He does wake up from these bouts with no memory, but it does major damage to his body every time, so it's not just waking up in a random place "what did I do last night??" it's more like waking up a week later in the hospital being confused and concerned of what's happened.

The path to the transformation is always set off by the realization that he has NO idea what happened during these times, and the curiosity to figure out why/how this is happening. I've just been referring to this path as "The Cycle". Louis goes through each Cycle at different rates, but it always happens, and he'll always be a bit more fucked up by the end of it.

So it's a "He's FUCKED" over and over again
