ok so theres a specific category of souls player who only uses the greatsword

i mean that litterally the greatsword not even other greatswords

i believe these people to be boring

but then i actually looked at my weapons across the games

kiliji, quelaag fury sword, rapier, threaded cane, sellsword twinblades, bloodhound fang

or

curved sword, flaming curved sword, thrusting sword, straight sword, twin curved swords, curved greatsword

not only all swords but if all but 2 are curved swords (counting the twinblades and bloodhound fang)

so maybe im not the most qualified to speak on originality and build variety

i did try other weapons but after i got these other weapons were just experimenting

also i got most of these really early got the kiliji after my 3rd boss counting vangaurd, the furysword was an upgrade of my starting scimitar, the rapier i bought after beating the 3 lords (i skipped freyja) and respecking cause i hated my build, the threaded cane was my starting weapon, same with the sellsword twinblades, and i got bloodhound fang before any bosses

I tend to try to avoid reviews of it. It's the series I love the most. It revived my interest and games and made me sure they were more than mindless distractions and made me sure I wanted to draw. Now I'm mot going to explain why it it did that right now but I'm going to say why I avoid reviews. I'm protective of Fromsoftware's games as I have always played and admired them. They are what I feel as close to perfect ss humanly possible. They've made puzzle games , rpg , action and action strategy games. I like to feel I'm level headed and can be fair. I can criticize flaws in froms games easily without getting overly wirked up. But when someone who doesn't really understand how imnmportant their designs are and doesn't share the love or appreciation I get overly defensive and feel personally about their opinions no matter how valid. It's annoying and I get can't help it so I avoid it. mokri-kun is this accurate?
