Unexpected Christmas @demon-claude-faustus
Grell had always loved this time of year. Christmas was not celebrated among the shinigami since none of them were any ounce religious, not that even she was, since they themselves were gods of Death. Yet still the redhead couldn't resist decorating her own home with the glorious red color that the holiday was known for, of course throwing small amounts of green in, and giving gifts to all of her friends. Most of them had come to realize there was little use in trying to dissuade her and just accepted the yearly onslaught of her holiday cheer.
Of course this year was different though; she finally had a special someone to spend her most favorite time of year with. As soon as William had freed her from work she immediately ported to the Trancy estate, practically skipping as she made her way inside searching for her lover. "Claude~!" she called out peaking into a room where she smiled broadly at finding him, "Darling do you know what today is? No no don't even think about it I'll tell you, it's Christmas eve! I begged William and promised a months worth of having work done on time for him to free me from work tomorrow, won't you spend it with me~?"
