hey so i saw /post/80407193486/more-the-problem-with-following-new-people-on and i totally understand where you're coming from but i was wondering: why do you dislike Scarlett Johansson? like i totally understand disliking Jennifer Lawrence but i've never heard anything bad about Scarlett. What did she do?

She didn’t do anything :) She’s a fabulous person that I just happen to dislike. I can’t explain it. You know how sometimes you just really don’t like something no matter how awesome you know it to be? She’s one of those things. I’m the same way about a few other people out there. It just happens. So idk man.

i agree with you 100% on the sterek thing like i was literally having the exact same thoughts on how there's literally now romantic subtext between the characters and their personalities clash. i think the ship mostly arose from people shipping them because they're both alone and have complimentary character archetypes (the strong, silent type with snarky sarcastic type) but not really the characters. of course there's nothing wrong with shipping it but you should watch tw for more than sterek

I don’t see where the ship even came from to be quite honest. There’s no romantic chemistry ever shown between Stiles and Derek on the show, its just a lot of hatred turned begrudging alliance (and fear on Stiles’s side of things) because of how they’re both connected to Scott. I view it as a cat and mouse relationship, where Stiles is the little mouse that likes to push big grumpy cat Derek’s buttons and then almost gets killed/injured in some way because of it and backs off after a high pitched yelp (and its pretty funny to watch tbh I think it was always supposed to serve as comedy relief because the show can get pretty darn dark sometimes).

That being said, I think its a pretty weird ship too for other legal reasons. I don’t have anything against people who ship it as long as they’re polite about it, but the idea of a minor and an adult being a thing together rubs me the wrong way. So yeah, no, I don’t ship Sterek because of the age difference and bad clash of personalities. And I don’t appreciate how rude and obnoxious some of the shippers are to Posey and the other cast and crew members when they’ve repeatedly said time and time again that the ship as a serious thing makes them uncomfortable.

Like Supernatural, I don’t really have that many ships in the Teen Wolf fandom. I really like how the focus of the show is mostly family and friendship between the characters. In my eyes, that has more value.
