It’s the start of a new year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - and the prefects have been chosen! They are Feliciano from Hufflepuff, Francis from Ravenclaw, Arthur from Slytherin - and Alfred from Gryffindor! Needless to say, Arthur isn’t too pleased with this arrangement. As he tries to enforce law and order in the chaotic hallways, he has a bigger problem to worry about...
