Before my life went straight to Hell, I got an amazing opportunity to commission @demonxserin for new graphics for this blog (once again because I love Serin's work). I'm blessed to now show you the fruits of Serin's labor for Miss Zarina as this was everything I've ever wanted and asked Serin to include in this gorgeous set.
I want to thank Serin for listening to my specifics and adjusting to my wishes. Without her generous and understanding nature, I don't think anyone would bear with my instructions and my inquiries about these beauties. I love, love, love how everything came out, and I'm so happy that I can show it off to y'all. I want to dive into some important parts of this set before hiding all the gorgeous banners and everything to show you off.
The black and golden color scheme is smth I've used for Zarina before. I just love it. But I also wanted to include some white/silver into this as well because it's another essential color for Zarina.
Moon symbolism continues to reign supreme on this set, thanks to Serin's amazing way of working this out into the whole set. Zarina is the Moon, never the sun.
Lilies are one of her favorite flowers, but they feed into 2 themes: Zarina's faux divine symbolism and they are the flowers that you may bring to funerals, thus connected to Death, which is another important theme going around Zarina.
Snowflakes!! SNOWFLAKES!!! THEY'RE STILL HERE!! LETS GOO!!! Ice Empress reigns supreme.
