J A N E wasn’t as heartless as people believed her to be, she did....feel? if that was the word for it. feel emotions, like; anger, devastation, and sometimes longing. for more. for something, she wasn’t quite sure. then, at that moment, she felt...malice. malice toward a group of children playing in the park. yes, she had decided to enjoy the dull, grey afternoon with a walk in the park. she left the robe at home, instead only wearing a ( what could be considered ) wednesday addams-esque dress. alec was...well, he was off doing his own thing and she didn’t feel like being cooped up in her room. look, another feeling. the aforementioned children were picking on a young girl, who reminded the vampire of her younger self. she resisted the urge to cause them pain --- instead she sat on a bench, residing to watch them with narrowed eyes. the venom in her eyes hadn’t yet dissolved the green contacts she was forced to wear to keep from startling the humans. as she sat a ball bounced toward her and she bent to grab it, giving a sickeningly sweet smile to the kid ( one who had been picking on the girl )who came to get it. he was, of course, slightly dazzled by the girl’s angelic appearance. in a second her smile disappeared, and she threw the ball ( with restrained strength ) into the trees out-skirting the park. “ fetch ! ” she dead-panned, coldly watching to kid scamper off.
