Surviving deponia AU where Rufus haunts the narrative, literally?

I know that the Deponia fandom is basically a handful of people at this point, but I just think that a Transformers cross could be amazing on so many levels.

We have the standard "Autobots & Decepticons show up & get involved while fighting each other" which can have the Autobots deal with the tornado that is Rufus & just. Have an aneurysm over Elysium's batshit plan to propel themselves to Utopia (how tf are you going to slow down to land???) while the Decepticons do their usual conquest & pillaging.

Then you could bring in other factions or species for this. A wandering Clan of Junkions settles down on Deponia for all the Junk to sift through, & one of them finds a red-haired infant amongst the muck. Rufus grows up with parents who can actually handle him (Junkions are hard to keep down) & becomes a medical professional to rival Doc (while looking even worse than his designs). Also, he speaks in 2020s memes now.

Meanwhile the Quintessons are making deals with the Elysians (providing the technological know-how to get off of Deponia in exchange for help scouting the planet for anything valuable). The squids & junkers stumbling on each other causes everything to shift to a darker tone, as the Cybertronian-offshoot still remembers the horrors of the Occupation while the Quintessons take glee in finding more insolent machines to experiment on & Energon to harvest. Argus gets pissed over his brothers dying, so the Quintessons make them into Go-Bot analogues to 1.) shut him up, 2.) help them stand up to the Junkions & 3.) make them more dependent on Quintesson supplies so they can't rebel.

Finally, there's Doomsday, & all the Time Travel Shenanigans introduced. Vector Prime is literally the ultimate time cop. The Utopians are being dumb. You can probably guess what's going to happen next. (Lots of explosions & Vector being pissed at the general ineptitude of everyone involved.)

(On a side note, the reason Deponia's environment is still able to support life despite the absurd conditions could be the result of Neutral Angolmois Energy, basically generic god juice that changes due to intent. Here, it's essentially the glue holding the planet's strained ecosystem together under thousands of tons of trash.)

Reviving the old Same Frequency AU (yes that's its name now) where after a certain incident, Doc can only fix one disk with data salvaged from the other two. Which turns out to be enough conciousness that they can steal control of Rufus' body from each other.
