My three boxes of supplies have sat on a truck in Tacoma for over 7 days now without that truck moving an inch. They’ve traveled from Grayslake, IL to Tacoma, WA in 5 days, and have sat “on FedEx vehicle for delivery” for the last 7 days.
I am having them delivered to my local Walgreens store (only a couple blocks away) so they wouldn’t sit on my porch and maybe get stolen, and to make it super easy on the delivery driver (so they didn’t have to carry the boxes up my narrow & steep driveway, since their trucks don’t fit).
Please, FedEx, I need at least one of those boxes, Stat! I made the mistake of thinking that they’d be here in a week and I had plenty in case of a small delay. I was not planning on my incontinence supplies getting “stuck” for over a week on the last leg of their journey :(
Absolutely hate having to call Customer Service for issues like this. But today I need to.
Maybe I need to talk to Northshore Care Supply too, ask them if there’s any magic keywords I need to use that’ll let FedEx know not to delay future shipments. If the only answer is to throw gobs of money at them for expedited shipping, I’ll either need to order way in advance or take my business elsewhere.
