Can i unsubscribe to anxiety and depression? I'm just straight up not having a good time. The thoughts keep coming and one of them was Not Good one.
I took a single melatonin to try to help me sleep and quiet the voices but I had given them to my roommate because I didn't need them anymore and they expired 3 years ago so they barely work. But I also don't trust myself to take more than 3. I'm gonna try to sleep again and if I can't I'll have another.
