#101selfcarechallenge Day 4 - eat breakfast with your family. This has been a tough one because I don't usually eat before 10:30am! Today I actually managed to fit in eating with the Monday Morning panic! The boy is having coco pops and I'm being good and resisting them by having a big bowl of bran flakes.
