I've been neglecting my business for weeks ever since we came back from our Taiwan trip. It's sad because I keep on putting off all the things I need to do and they are really creeping up on me na @.@ Ugh. What's difficult with online stores/business is that we have to be active in social media platforms so that we'll be relevant/seen by our target market. Some businesses use their owner's lives to market the products. I don't think I can handle that. Super ayaw ko nga ng mga "influencers" na hindi authentic pano pa kaya ako?? I try to make my personal life as private as possible kasi I don't want to explain to people how, what, and why I do things.

So how?

I woke up today feeling sick. I can't help but miss you even more. I could still remember how much you cared for me— You'll see to it that I'm still happy even when I'm not feeling well. You'll do everything just to make me laugh and feel better. You'll always say "how I wish, you could give that sick-feeling you got to me, just so I'd be the one to suffer and not you my love." It's been almost 2 years. A year and past 4 months to be exact. And up until now, there hasn't been a day that you didn't linger in my thoughts.

I think it would never be possible for me to forget you. How can I do if almost every single thing— even the simplest, reminds me of you? Tell me, how do you forget someone who gave you so much to remember?

I learned how to cry silently at night because my mom is just a few inches away from me. I learned how to breathe deep with closed eyes because I am running after my breath. I learned how to play pretend that I am fine eventhough deep inside there are a lot of broken glasses glidding with my soft nerves. I am writing this because obviously, I am not okay. I wish a surprise to jolt me out of this feeling. I post a happy face from the outside but I am all tired, lonely, insecure, depressed, alone and insane on the inside.

Last I remember, things did not end very well between us because the situation escalated and it took the turn for the worst. So worst that it could never be fixed, we did say our proper goodbyes in the letters. I felt relieved. I thought I did, but I had recurring dreams about it, haunting me, and made me think that I regret how things turned out. I have beaten myself up for it at times, I missed the memories at times, but there is nothing I could do. I kept dwelling on something that can never be mend again. But I think I’m done. I need to let go. Let go of the past. Let go of you. The memories will always be there but we won’t.
