For the past year, I really let myself go. I never noticed till now. I would constantly be at the gym, from everyday to once of week to not going at all. With all my emotions, moods and stresses in life I did turn to food. Food was my comfort.
Just recently, I made a bet with a good friend of mine. Who can lose the weight weight within a 8 mouth time span. This week is week 1. All I can say is that it feels awesome to be back in the gym again. Let's see how this goes.
