Hi! It's Gemma again! This is a fic I wrote to my friend for her birthday!! (Happy birthday roselle!!) She's a huge grey's fan, and that's honestly all she asked me to get her. So I stayed up until 3 am writing this. (Which is probably why it's kind of rusty 😂)
"He's gonna be soooo mad..." you whispered over to meredith.
You were both standing right outside the shower, where your brother, also your best friend's partner, was in. You and meredith were both holding on to a big, heavy bucket filled with ice cubes.
Meredith hushed you and giggled quietly. "He loves us both, it won't that bad. All I'm doing here, is helping you out of your comfort zone."
You rolled your eyes. "What a good friend you are."
Meredith grinned at you in return and then signaled you to pour the ice cubes.
You took a deep breath, and together with Meredith flipped your buckets opsite down and over the shower curtain. Soon enough an ear piercing scream was heard as all the ice fell ontop of Derek.
Derek opened the shower curtain slightly and poked his head put. Gasping in betrayal when he saw both his favorite baby sister, and his beautiful girlfriend rolling on the bathroom floor in hysterical laughter.
He growled playfully and pointed at meredith. "You. Clothes. off. Get. In. here. Right. Freakin. Now"
Meredith giggled one last time and got up.
"And you." Derek moved to point at you. "I will deal with you later."
You smiled innocently, waved at derek teasingly and left the room.
You knew he was gonna get you, and you were honestly kind of exited...
***************************************
After your interesting morning, you got to the hospital. Walking to the cafeteria, as you were now on a lunch break. While walking, you made a quick to do list in your mind. It was just a little something you did sometimes, and it usually wasn't a problem.
However... apparently today wasn't one of your lucky days, as you suddenly bumed into a large body.
Starting to apologise, you looked up to find your brother smirking down at you.
The same brother you've been trying to avoid since the morning incident.
"Heyyyyy Derek... my favorite brother...!"" You felt your cheeks heating up.
"Also your only brother..." Derek raised his eyebrow at you.
You fake a laugh. (Which honestly sounded more like a dead bird screech than anything else.) "Ha! That was a good one Derek... well, I have to go now. I have a... uhm... an emergency... I have to go! Right now!"
Screw food. You had to get away.
You decided to attempt to turn around and run right far far away from your evil brother, but was stopped before you could even look away.
Derek had his hand on your shoulder. "Actually, y/n. I would love for you to come help me with something."
You gulped. "I- I don't think so, de- Derek..."
Derek was now smirking again. "Oh, but I do, Y/n."
You let out a sigh. "If you insist..."
You followed Derek into an empty equipment closet. Squealing in surprise when he wrestled you to the floor as soon as the door closed.
"Derek, no!" You shrieked. Being the youngest in the family, you already knew what was happening.
"Derek, yes!" He mocked and pinned your wrists above your head with only one hand. The bastard even had the nerve to make the whole process look easy.
You started giggling in anticipation, "Dehehrek, plehease!"
Derek chuckled and shook his head, surprising you by digging into your underarms.
Causing you to squirm and squeal. "PLEHASE! I'LL DOHO ANYHYTHING!"
Derek seemed to think about it. "My laundry. For a month."
You shrieked when he started tickling your hips. "Whahat ahare ypuhu, fihive?!?!"
Derek gasped playfully. "You take that back right now!"
He quickly let go of your wrists and used both his arms to get each and every one of your weak spots, having you wheezing in less than a minute.
"Uhm... I need to grab something..." an elderly nurse walked into the room, silently (but obviously) judging you and your brother.
You started blushing. Why do these things always have to happen to you?
Derek got up, trying to cover up his laughter with a cough. Which only got him stranger looks from the nurse. He left the room, but not before looking back and winking at you.
You stayed on the floor, panting. Watching as the nurse left.
Just after then you got up and hurried to get back to the cafeteria before lunch was over.
On your way back, you noticed most staff smiling, smirking, or even winking at you.
Definitely going to take a while until that will stop...
